What is the process of engaging your team?First thing first, we’ll arrange a site visit to have a look at your property and get to know more about you & your needs for the space. We will then get to work with a proposed concept, design & layout along with the estimated costing based on your budget. And if you’re happy with it, we’re good to proceed with the 3D mockups, detailed budget & timeline planning.

How much does it typically cost for an entire house design & renovation?A typical renovation could cost around RM100/sqft to RM300/sqft, varying based on the layout, design and materials selections.

What services do you include?A typical renovation project includes space planning, 3D mockups, budgeting, project & timeline management and site supervision. We don’t typically source for loose furnishing and electrical appliances for residential projects unless it’s upon request.
